Medicare Home Health Care Agencies Obligation to Face to Face Encounters

As a August 2015 CMS no longer requires a narrative on a Face to Face Form. The expectations from CMS at the present time is that the organization need to obtain a copy of the physician's patient's medical record page where shows the reason/complaint for the visit to the physician's office, the findings, the need/reason for ordering home health and for what plus the reason why the patient is homebound, see Face to Face.
