Effective January 13, 2018 the Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) is no longer required by CMS. Agencies need to check their state laws and accrediting bodies standard to ensure that a PAC is not required.

The Governing Body is now responsible to overseen the QAPI Committee and supporting its activities.
